RETURN POLICY

How many times is the exchange permitted if at all?

SwagUp.in brings to you utmost quality and the coolest choices in fashion, all at prices unparalleled on its platform. In the rare occasion that the fit, color or quality of the products in the package doesn’t appeal to you, we would be happy to return/exchange any item in the package within 3 days of getting delivery of the package. However, email our customer service executives within 48 hours of receiving your box us on styleupcustomerservice@gmail.com . They will assist in your exchange and/or refund process.

What if some products are exchange and some are return- how to deal with that ?

Please note: We offer refunds after receiving your original box and/or one exchange. After the second exchange we will strictly not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

How much refund will I get?

Based on the number of Products you return and their condition, we will initiate the refund. The refund would be initiated as following:

​

  1. For every product you return, you will be refunded the amount equivalent to ordering one package i.e. 1499. For example, in a 3 apparel package, if you choose to return one product, Rs. 1499/- will be refunded to you and if you choose to return two products, Rs. 2998/- will be refunded.

  2. The styling fees can only be redeemed against buying one/three/five/ products in the package.

What condition should the product be in?

The returned items should be unwashed and unused. Please keep the product intact as they need to be returned in their original packaging with the tags.

In case of exchanges, we request you to send us only the items that are to be replaced. In case if any extra items apart from those to be replaced are sent at the time of collection, a nominal logistic fee of INR 199 will be levied on the delivery of the exchange products.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We strive to deliver the very best! But unfortunately, if you receive a damaged/defective product, do notify us within 48 hours of receiving the box. Share a picture with us at styleupcustomerservice@gmail.com and we’ll make it our top priority!

What if the returned products don't meet the conditions?

All products being returned needs to reach the above mentioned requirements, or else, we would not be able to offer a return/refund to you from our end.

What are my return options?

Ways to refund your box:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into your account for all COD orders within 10 working days.

  • Money-back to the paid account/credit card for all online orders.
